What makes this recruitment different
- Only for para teachers. Freshers cannot apply. You must have at least 2 years of continuous service under JEPC and be working on the advertisement date.
- Age limit up to 58 years. Para teachers get age relaxation equal to their contract service, capped at 58. Most JSSC exams stop at 35–40.
- 7,299 posts in total. The 6,101 regular posts sit alongside 1,198 backlog posts (Advt. 05/2026). One form, one fee and one exam covered both.
- No negative marking. Every question is objective, so attempting all of them makes sense.
- Mother-tongue paper is only qualifying. You need 30% in it, but its marks do not count in the merit list.
